Celebrating Five Years with Raghavendra Kulkarni!

Rapid Circle congratulates and celebrates Raghavendra Kulkarni on his fifth work anniversary!

As a thorough test consultant, Raghavendra has an amazing ability to understand complex business requirements, foresee bugs at initial stages and comes up with creative ideas of testing which gives him extra dimension to his expertise as a tester. His logical mind and understanding of coding techniques comes handy when working with team of developers and thus making him a valuable team member.

Can you tell us about your current role and project?

I am working as a Test lead for a large-scale customer where we have developed a tool that serves users from all parts of the world. This application helps in closing & disbursing the bonuses quick and easy.

How did you come to know about Rapid Circle?

One good day I opened up Linkedin and saw job post from the RC India Director, Avani Patki, applied and got through. That was quite a quick process. I was not expecting it to be this quick.

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome it?

As in everyone’s life, Challenges is the only constant and are actually a motivation to learn and develop, I am still overcoming them.

How different of a person you are now as compared to when you joined?

As you grow in your career you get more responsibilities and this brings you more wisdom and broader way of looking at things. At core, personally, I am the same person I was 5 years ago when I joined RC.

Can you recall some of your best memories working here?

Working from Bangalore during Covid was the most memorable part of my tenure in RC.
I learned a lot. I got to learn and implement Worksoft Certify automation solution for this client I also learned to work with people from different parts of the world.
