Meet new fellow of RC: Aditi Kulkarni

Aditi Kulkarni started her Rapid Circle journey as a SharePoint Consultant in 2013. With her persistent commitment towards excellence and leading by example, Aditi has earned herself the ‘Fellow’ award.

Aditi holds a record of closing maximum number of tickets within SLA, resulting in several direct clients’ appreciations. She is famous for her get-things-done attitude under pressure and taking entire ownership of tasks, end-to-end. Her constant eagerness to learn new things and her out-of-box thinking has made her a crucial part of our Power Apps development team, the team that has built over 100 power platform solutions in the span of four years, including the two latest projects received from Microsoft; a Power Apps Portal and another on Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

What are you working on currently?

Currently I am working as a Senior Consultant in Bizapp team where we focus on building solutions using Office365 Power Platform suite. In this role, I am uniquely positioned to architect and deliver end to end custom solutions for clients based in Australia.

To build these solutions, I have leveraged my knowledge and expertise on O365, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataflows, Dataverse, Azure and PnP PowerShell.

What is the most favourite part of your job?

I like interacting with the clients to understand their variety of complicated business processes in order to provide them an optimized and simpler business-oriented solution using best practices in powerplatform.

What was your most challenging project so far? What were the take-aways?

Recent project that I have worked for one of our Australia clients to create external facing website using Power Apps portal. Solution contains different integrations like Azure B2C for authentication, portal management for customization, SharePoint document management, PowerBI, File share migration, Dataflows & Power Automate for data synchronization.

It was a challenging project where I have learned data security in Dataverse, what are the best practices to customize the portal, document management in dynamic 365 & Project management and execution.

How has your job/responsibilities changed over the years working at Rapid Circle?

I started as a SharePoint Consultant with an experience of 1.5 years. Over the last 8 years, I have got the opportunity to work collaboratively with multiple people across different demographics and regions with exposure to Microsoft 365 platform.

I had an opportunity to enhance the Support team (called as “Run” team now), where I played a key role to create the foundation and streamlined the support activity execution processes for clients based in NL.

From the past few years, I have been working on Power Platform projects with increasing roles and responsibilities. I started with developing projects individually and building on that experience, I am currently having the responsibility as an architect for projects with additional responsibility of mentoring the other team members & overall project management.

What are your best memories working here?

Oh my! It’s hard to tell only couple of memories out of such a huge collection of memories with RC family. There are so many fond memories from celebrations during Diwali, Christmas and Team Day!

One that I remember vividly is my first ever onsite travel to the Netherlands. I got an opportunity to visit our HQ office and to learn about their culture & people.
Another one that I can recall is during my visit to Australia office where we setup our first shared office for 3 to 4 people on my first day there. Now the same team has grown to more than 60 members! I feel so proud and happy to see this growth.

How would you summarise your journey with Rapid Circle?

It has been a fantastic experience over the past 8 years. It is a journey where I look back and see how I have grown from being junior consultant to now a RC fellow.

I am so inspired by people and culture that we have, where all the people are so connected that it makes all of us a big and happy family. This encourages me to bring out the best in me every day.
