Om een veilige terugkeer naar kantoor te helpen co\u00f6rdineren, is een app voor het reserveren van werkplekken ontwikkeld, die is ingebouwd in Power Apps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In dit interview spraken we met onze collega Rik de Koning over hoe hij in een paar avonden deze app in elkaar heeft gezet en hoe, na wat doorontwikkelen, meerdere van onze klanten de app ook gaan gebruiken. Dit is een mooi voorbeeld van hoe je met Power Apps in zeer korte tijd een proces kunt automatiseren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WAAROM HEB JE ERVOOR GEKOZEN DE APP IN POWER APPS TE BOUWEN?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:9px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAan het einde van de lockdown in Nederland heeft ons ontwikkelteam een reserveringsapp gebouwd in Azure. Deze app presteerde goed, maar het viel me op dat niet alle klanten een Azure-omgeving hebben die ze kunnen gebruiken. Ik was benieuwd of ik een app kon bouwen in Power Apps in een bestaande (gratis) Office 365 licentie. Ik heb er een paar avonden aan besteed en de <strong>Plaatsen <\/strong>app was geboren\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">HOE WERKTE DE OORSPRONKELIJKE VERSIE?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:9px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDe eerste versie van de app was heel eenvoudig. De app was gebaseerd op verschillende SharePoint-lijsten waarin de gegevens waren ondergebracht en hanteerde de volgende basisregels:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Elke collega mocht 1 reservering per week maken.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reserveringen waren beschikbaar vanaf 10.00 uur de voorgaande vrijdag.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Je kon de locatie voor de reservering kiezen, destijds Nieuwegein of Den Haag.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je zou het aantal vrije plaatsen kunnen bekijken, als indicatie van \u201choe druk het zou worden\u201d.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>WAT WAS DE VOLGENDE STAP?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:9px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cVeel van onze collega&#039;s hadden klanten gesproken die met dezelfde uitdaging worstelden: hoe zorg je voor een veilige terugkeer naar kantoor. Tijdens deze gesprekken noemden onze Rapid Circle-collega&#039;s het vaak<s> <\/s>de&nbsp;<strong>Plaatsen-app&nbsp;<\/strong>Wij<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>intern gebruikten, waar veel klanten interesse in toonden. We hebben besloten om de app verder te ontwikkelen om tegemoet te komen aan enkele van de functies waar klanten om vroegen, bijvoorbeeld: de mogelijkheid om te zien wie wanneer en waar heeft gereserveerd, de mogelijkheid om meer dan een week van tevoren te reserveren en de mogelijkheid om een plaats te reserveren voor extern personeel of voor een collega.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In korte tijd hebben we de applicatie kunnen uitbreiden en er een commercieel product van kunnen maken. Enkele klanten die de applicatie momenteel gebruiken zijn Waternet, Regionale Ambulancevoorziening en Jumbo Martitiem.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het is mooi om te zien dat het mogelijk is om zo snel een proces te digitaliseren en in te spelen op veranderingen in onze manier van werken. Toen Nederland een avondklok had, I&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.portiva.nl\/nieuws\/avondklok-werkgeversverklaring\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">een app gebouwd<\/a>&nbsp;om het proces te automatiseren van het downloaden, goedkeuren en tonen van de offici\u00eble kennisgeving van de werkgever om iemand toe te staan buiten te zijn tijdens de avondklok\u201d.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>HOE ZIET DE APP DIE WIJ MOMENTEEL GEBRUIKEN IN RAPID CIRCLE NEDERLAND ER UIT?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:9px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe gebruiken de webversie van de app in Rapid Circle Nederland, die als Tab beschikbaar is in Teams. Onze organisatie is klein, dus het was geen probleem, maar in een grotere zakelijke omgeving raak je dit aantal gemakkelijk. We hebben dit opgelost door een archieffunctie toe te voegen die oudere reserveringen in een andere SharePoint-lijst zou archiveren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijdens de integraties van Rapid Circle en Portiva werkten beide organisaties tijdelijk in hun eigen Office 365-tenants. Omdat we dezelfde app cross-tenants wilden gebruiken, cre\u00eberden we een oplossing waarbij een stroom de datum van beide organisaties synchroniseerde\u201d.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meer weten over de Places app of over Power Apps?
