Can you tell us about your current role and project? 
I’m currently working on solving an exciting use case as an AI/ML consultant for a client in the creative industry. This project involves me working with Large Language Models and exploring some interesting avenues in building Neural Networks with Deep Learning and Data Science.

How did you come to know about Rapid Circle? 
I first visited the Rapid Circle office back in 2015 when I was in my second year of engineering, I had travelled all the way from Lonavala to Pune to attend a session hosted by then Xamarin Evangelist, Mayur Tendulkar (and now my colleague!). I was blown away by the concept of their office space, the open layout, no cubicles and the beautiful mural on the wall. I had since met quite a few Rapid Circle pioneers through Pune User Group events.

Cut to 2019, my college senior and longtime mentor, Sanket Ghorpade, who was working at Rapid Circle, told me all about the amazing work culture and opportunities here. Since I had already heard about the company quite a bit, it was a no brainer for me to join this amazing organization.

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome it? 
I joined Rapid Circle as an almost fresher. The experience I brought onboard from my first job hardly had any overlap with the work we do here. So, when I joined Rapid Circle, it was almost like starting from ground zero. And since, none of my projects have had a lot of overlap. I have worked with SharePoint, Power Platform, various Azure Services and now AI/ML. In my journey, there’s been a Rapid Circle of continuous change.

Each project has come with its own steep learning curve, but I am glad to have some amazing people as my mentors and teammates who have helped me overcome this and to our leaders for keeping faith in my abilities to tackle any new tech stack.

How different of a person you are now as compared to when you joined? 
From a nervous newbie to now a confident Consultant, I feel I have grown tremendously in the past five years. I have grown as a person with not just my technical skills but also with my people skills.

Can you recall some of your best memories working here? 
I am lucky to have found some really amazing people here at Rapid Circle, who are beyond just colleagues, but are some of my closest friends. I fondly remember how even during the troubled times of the pandemic, we would all virtually come together every Friday evening to socialize with each other.

What do you aim to achieve now (technology-wise, other skills etc.)?
I have been upskilling myself as a part of my current project in the gen AI space. My focus now is to also get better at designing end to end solutions with a focus on business analysis, cost optimization, and governance considerations.
