Sign up for the ‘Data Readiness Scan for healthcare!

Are you ready for data availability, integrated care, and the application of new technologies such as AI to reduce administrative pressure?

Most healthcare organizations we speak to are considering how to make the necessary data securely accessible, available, and shareable for tomorrow’s challenges. Data is often locked away in various applications, governance is often locked away within those applications, and there is often no central location where data exchange can be organized and carried out.

But these healthcare organizations say: this is only a small part of the challenges we need to solve in the coming years with regard to our data, before we can try out and implement the above innovations and before we can start working in a truly data-driven way.

How is the situation where you are?

  • What data is important for data availability, integrated care, and data-driven working?
  • How is that data available and accessible?
  • Are you already able to share and analyze that combined data effectively?
  • Is that secure?
  • Can anyone access data that they should not have access to?
  • Do you have a roadmap for the future of healthcare based on data and AI?

We can help!

Quick scan: indication of your current situation and next steps for making data accessible and ensuring proper governance of your data platform

As the first step in our Data Readiness Scan, we offer a quick scan that gives you an initial insight into your situation and your possible roadmap as described above. The quick scan is based on situations and processes at other healthcare organizations. This means we don’t start from scratch and can quickly provide you with a good indication of your situation.

We offer this quick scan free of charge to healthcare organizations.

To validate and elaborate on the quick scan’s findings, we can perform an (extensive) Data Readiness Scan. This takes 2-6 weeks. This compact, affordable scan has been specially developed for healthcare organizations and takes into account sector-specific themes such as chain care, collaboration, compliance, management information, and digital healthcare transformation.

Together with your key stakeholders, we will go through these topics:

  • Assessing the current situation in five relevant areas;
  • Based on our experience and the experiences of other healthcare organizations, indicate what is needed to become data-driven and future-oriented;
  • Provide a roadmap and an initial set of practical initiatives for targeted improvement.

What exactly do you get with the quick scan?

  • A concise overview of the current situation per domain;
  • A list of the most important points of attention per domain. For example, in the areas of:
    – Insight into which data is available and which is not,
    – Prioritizing which data should be made available,
    – Level of availability of governance on the data,
    – Level of data security.
  • An indicative roadmap with initiatives you should take up in the coming years to grow into a future-oriented, data-driven healthcare organization.
  • Indication of a roadmap to data availability and good data governance (and security)
  • Determining/advising on the optimal data platform for your organization (based on your current data landscape).

How do we approach this?

  • 2-3 hour interview/workshop with key stakeholders (e.g., IT manager, information manager, data/cloud architect).
  • We will walk through the five domains of our governance framework together, based on standard questions:
    1. Strategy – Vision and policy on data use.
    2. Organisation – Roles, processes and ownership.
    3. Culture – Support, awareness and digital skills.
    4. Platform – Technical foundation and security.
    5. Business – Use of data for care and management.
  • This gives us an indication of the current situation.
  • We identify the most important points of attention, such as accessibility, governance, security, data quality, platform readiness, and organization.

Ready to find out how prepared your organization really is for data-driven healthcare? Start with our free Quick Scan and get a clear picture of your current situation, the gaps that need attention, and the first steps toward secure, future-proof data use.
