On June 17, 2025 Louwman’s marketing professionals will gather at Rapid Circle for a special and inspiring session. No standard training, but an interactive exploration into the world of Copilot agents – digital assistants that make your work easier by automating processes using Microsoft technology.

What are Copilot agents?

During the sessions, participants are introduced to so-called Copilot agents. These digital colleagues take over repetitive tasks and give you space to work more creatively and strategically. Think of agents that:

• automatically post content on social media,
• retrieve information from a product database,
• or accelerate campaigns with data-driven insights.

During the session, participants will learn about the different types of agents, such as:

• Orchestrator agents: control entire processes
• Action agents: perform specific, defined tasks

Theory + practice = real impact

The structure of the sessions are clear and hands-on:

1 hour theory:
A clear introduction to the world of agents: what are they, how do they work, and what can you do with them in your organisation?

2 hours practice:
Participants get to work themselves in a safe practice environment (sandbox), with concrete assignments and realistic examples. In small groups, they work on their own use cases:

• Designing smart applications
• Designing a Copilot agent
• Creating links to data sources
• Giving instructions to their digital assistant
