Seminar: AI-driven Chatbots in Action

In Seminar room 1, Maarten Visser will discuss process optimisation with AI from 14:00 – 14:45 PM. In this session you will discover how (Generative) AI can accelerate business processes and provide 24/7 services to customers, partners and employees. Concrete examples of innovative chatbot implementations that not only increase efficiency but also improve the user experience will be shown. You will learn how AI-driven chatbots support HR, IT and facility services, and gain practical insights to apply these technologies in your organisation.

This session is also valuable for managers and leaders, offering inspiration to harness the power of AI. Three practical AI use cases will be demonstrated live and explained how they are built.
