New year, new pioneers! We’re excited to welcome four new talents to our team this February. Let’s get to know Dave, Kevin, Lucas, and Marloes.

First up, we have Dave Reijnders, bringing over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Last week Dave started at Rapid Circle as a Technical Consultant in our CPG – Microsoft 365 team. With a background at Wortell in Microsoft 365 and a specialization in cloud migrations, Dave is eager to dive into data analytics here at Rapid Circle for the long haul. He recently achieved his Power BI Data Analyst certification and is already eyeing his next challenge. Outside of work, Dave enjoys staying active with his dog and cycling. He’s also quite handy, often found building projects like his garden room last summer.

Next up is Kevin Schaap, the newest addition to our Rapid Circle team! Kevin steps into the role of Business Consultant with a diverse background in IT and Finance and a drive for excellence. With 4 years dedicated to healthcare analytics, Kevin brings experience in business intelligence management and analysis, specifically within youth and elderly care. Prior to his healthcare focus, Kevin spent 5 years as an accountant at Deloitte and BDO, specializing in financial and IT audits with a strong emphasis on data analysis. At 30 years old, Kevin resides in Voorschoten with his two cats, Balou and Skipper, who embody their Disney namesakes with cuddly and mischievous personalities. In his leisure time, Kevin stays active by playing korfball, hitting the gym, golfing, and enjoying outdoor runs. He also indulges his passion for music and remains connected to his gaming roots as a former professional gamer. Next to that, Kevin also finds joy in exploration and travel, often capturing his adventures with his drone. Kevin’s mission at Rapid Circle is clear: to elevate our data and AI initiatives. With a focus on strengthening frameworks and enhancing operational capabilities, Kevin aims to deliver comprehensive datasets, data cubes, and dashboards. His ultimate goal? To empower companies with robust data-driven decision-making processes.

Joining our OPG – Operations team is Lucas Jongsma, who assumes the role of Technical Consultant as of February 1st. At 22 years old, Lucas hails from Rotterdam, having spent seven years in California before returning to pursue an economics degree at Erasmus University of Rotterdam. During his studies, Lucas discovered a passion for computer programming, dedicating most of his time to self-study in computer engineering, algorithms, data structures, and machine learning. With prior experience in web development, Lucas is grateful for the opportunity to apply his technical skills and delve deeper into data science here at Rapid Circle. In his leisure time, Lucas enjoys philosophy, reading books and hitting the gym.

Last but certainly not least, we want to extend a warm welcome to Marloes Naber, who joined our CPG – Advisory team as a Business Consultant on February 1st.
