Strategic Leadership

  • Development of an organisation‑wide AI strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation framework.
  • Executive guidance on AI adoption, competitive positioning, and industry disruption.
  • Advisory across people, process, data, and technology.

Enterprise Governance & Risk

  • Establishment of AI governance structures aligned to Microsoft Responsible AI and global standards.
  • Guidance on policy, compliance, IP protection, model lifecycle risk management, and data governance.
  • Support for security, safety, privacy, and regulatory considerations.

AI Program & Operating Model

  • Oversight of AI programs, initiatives, proofs of concept, and transformation workstreams.
  • Development of an AI operating model (roles, processes, competencies, Centre of Excellence patterns).
  • Support in establishing internal AI capability, training pathways, and change‑management strategy.

Technical Direction (Microsoft AI Stack)

  • Architectural guidance across Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, Copilot extensibility, and Microsoft 365 AI.
  • Support for solution patterns, platform decisions, scalability, integration, and modernisation.
  • Review and assessment of existing systems and data readiness.

Executive & Board Engagement

  • Participation in board and leadership meetings as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Tailored industry insights, scenario planning, and risk/opportunity briefings.
  • Support in communicating AI vision and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

AI Innovation Circle

Led by our Chief AI Officer, this provides a direct forum for exploring client-specific challenges and opportunities. It enables strategic sparring, industry insight, and proactive guidance through the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Whiteboarding Sessions

Up to 4 hours per month of 1:1 whiteboarding with a senior Rapid Circle technical leader. These sessions focus on exploring forward-looking AI advancements and their potential impact on the client’s organisation.

Collaborative Teams Channel

Access to a dedicated Microsoft Teams channel, bringing together AI-focused Rapid Circle experts and client participants. Designed for sharing insights, discussing developments, and maintaining continuous situational awareness of AI trends.

Monthly Focus Groups

One focus group per month, delivered by a Rapid Circle subject-matter expert, covering a relevant AI product, technique, or technological advancement. Open attendance for any number of client participants.
