We’re part of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program 

If you don’t know what it is, it’s a program that recognises and supports partners who have demonstrated expertise and innovation in delivering cloud solutions that use Microsoft AI technologies.  

The program offers partners access to exclusive resources, training, tools, and support to help them grow their cloud AI business and differentiate themselves in the market. The program also helps partners connect with customers who are looking for cloud AI solutions that meet their specific needs and goals. 

Additionally, it enables customers to access funding for projects that they wouldn’t receive without working with a partner that has the corresponding Specialization. 

What are Specializations? 

Specializations are a way for Microsoft AI Cloud Partners to showcase their deep knowledge and experience in specific areas of Microsoft technology. Partners who earn Specializations must meet rigorous requirements and pass a third-party audit that validates their capabilities and customer success.  

Specializations help customers recognise the difference between partners who say they can do something, versus partners who have years of experience, and have tangible results with countless customers.  This is incredibly useful for customers who are looking for the best cloud and AI solutions for their challenges and opportunities, and need to find a partner who can deliver the results they need.  

Our 13 Specializations 

Rapid Circle has a total of thirteen (13) Specializations, as well as the corresponding six (6) Solution Designations covering every part of the Microsoft Cloud. Is it permanent or can a partner lose a Specialization? 

Yes, a partner can lose it. These specializations are audited on an annual/bi-annual basis and validated by Microsoft. These audits check over methodology, best practices, documentation, evidence of risk mitigation and management, communication plans and outcomes. It is a sign that a partner takes their duty seriously – to help guide customers through technology change with a minimum of risk.  

These regular audits help ensure you as a customer that you are using a partner that has invested in these specializations, are staying but to date with best practices, and has a focus on customer success and outcomes. With this amount of experience, projects typically have better and higher quality outcomes.
