The processes at KLM are often complicated, and in order to manage them properly, it is necessary to automate them as much as possible. More than 200 processes have now been ‘tackled’, resulting in more than 40 apps. Think of apps for registration of care leave, travel allowances and onboarding and offboarding of employees.
