Espria renews digital work environment to optimally facilitate healthcare employees

Healthcare group Espria has engaged Rapid Circle for the delivery, security and ongoing management of a new digital workplace environment. Rapid Circle will deploy the “Rapid Circle Cloud Workplace” a platform specifically developed for the healthcare sector. This way, Espria can better anticipate future developments and help their 17,000 employees optimise their service delivery.

Espria offers wide range of health services to over 350,000 members in areas such as mental health care, youth care, in-home nursing and care for the elderly and those with a disability. Espria’s focus is on driving the digitisation of their business model to become more agile – enabling them to adapt to the future of the Healthcare sector.

Rapid Circle will work with Espria to manage and secure the new digital workplace, one which is more agile and adaptable to future change. This is maintained through automation, standardisation and self-service. Moving from a Citrix based solution to a Rapid Circle Cloud Workplace offers employees an up-to-date digital working environment, based on the personas of Espria employees. Because the configurations for this have already been prepared in advance, the roll-out can take place quickly. Employees have a level of autonomy and need to manage certain areas for flexibility and speed. However, the Rapid Circle Cloud Operations Centre provides remote management to support employees in the workplace and their daily duties.

Rapid Circle as the right partner

“It soon became clear that Rapid Circle had the industry knowledge and understanding of processes specific to the healthcare sector. We then grew from a supplier-customer relationship into a partnership, and that is exactly the match we were looking for” says Peter Bruijniks, Espria’s Director Shared Service Center and Program Director Digital Transformation.

“We help companies to achieve what’s next by delivering solutions that enable innovation and optimisation. Espria is a good example of this. They wanted to innovate, and understood that technology is central in this process. The selection process was extensive and careful, but we are proud that we are now entering into a partnership based on expertise and a good match to deliver optimised health outcomes.”

The new environment will be fully managed by Rapid Circle. In the coming period Espria will begin it’s transition to the Rapid Circle Cloud Workplace and the Cloud Operations Center.

“We are investing in the people part of our digital journey. Espria has a vision for ongoing innovation and investing in skills for our employees are an important part of this. In Rapid Circle we have found a like-minded partner who will support us in achieving a flexible and future-proof digital working environment.”
